Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
∎ Bachelor in Pharma from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Pharmacist, Pharmacy Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' workflow, verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
∎ Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counseling patients on drug therapies.
∎ Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspection.
∎ Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
∎ Supervises the work results of support personnel.
∎ Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
∎ Maintains current registration, studies existing and new legislation, anticipates legislation, and advises management on needed actions.
∎ Review and execute physician's prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality.
∎ Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.
∎ Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.
∎ Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice.
∎ Provide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc.
∎ Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication.
∎ Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Model Pharmacy.
∎ Must have Knowledge about Pharmaceutical & Non-Pharmaceutical Product.
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills; must be able to lead, delegate, instruct, counsel, coordinate, and correct.
∎ Well-developed oral and written communication skills; strong listening and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with the strategic planning process and scheduling would be helpful.
