Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and engagements.
∎ Prioritize tasks and ensure timely reminders for important commitments.
∎ Handle sensitive documents, correspondence, and reports with the utmost discretion.
∎ Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of critical information.
∎ Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
∎ Occasionally accompany the Managing Director on official trips outside Dhaka and abroad when required.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Maintain professional correspondence with government agencies, private organizations, and foreign institutions.
∎ Draft, review, and finalize reports, presentations, and official documents in English.
∎ Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all business and operational documentation.
∎ Supervise administrative functions to ensure smooth operations of the Managing Director’s office.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless workflow.
∎ Maintain relationships with Foreign Affairs and handle necessary filings.
∎ Engage in official correspondence with government bodies and international institutions.
∎ Prepare segment-wise business documents, analyze feedback, and provide insights.
∎ Assist in strategic decision-making by compiling relevant data.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director or senior management.
∎ Willingness to travel outside Dhaka and internationally for official duties.
∎ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
∎ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
