Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule the MD's meetings via email/phone/in-person and update google calendar accordingly
∎ Maintain all meetings as per confirmed schedule
∎ Manage the MD's emails
∎ Receive guests on behalf of the MD and ensure they are well taken care
∎ Take care of travel arrangements (Visa applications, air tickets, hotels, vehicle transport, create travel itinerary)
∎ Handle any other assignment/work required
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have knowledge & experience in the following areas: RMG, Group of Companies, Trading Companies, Multinational Companies, or any field
∎ The applicant should be technology friendly, and be equipped to handle phone/laptop related troubleshoot problems
∎ Must be active, energetic and have a high level of work ethic
∎ Must be fluent in English language (both writing and speaking) - This is MANDATORY.
∎ Advanced skill on Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, & Power Point)- This is MANDATORY.
