Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to the Managing Director and proper liaison with Departmental Heads of the Group Company.
∎ Overall responsible for day to day Secretarial Jobs at MD's desk with dignity & maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Ensure that the Managing Director is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved in.
∎ Drafting letter, correspondence, proposals, speech etc. for MD both in Bangla and English as needed.
∎ To organize and maintain diaries and make appointments.
∎ Screening phone calls, enquirers and requests and handling them when needed.
∎ Liaison with clients, suppliers and other staffs.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other Departments as per requirement.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling.
∎ Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive coordination).
∎ Attend meeting with MD & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes.
∎ To distribute minutes of the meeting and follow-up its progress keeping liaison with the concerned department / officials.
∎ Compose agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings, Office Orders and development activities.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues. Sending meeting confirmation emails.
∎ Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
∎ Ensure professional-level greetings and smooth logistics for all types of guests/visitors of the Managing Director.
∎ Office Housekeeping including overseeing of executive get together, conferences etc. and general office maintenance to improve costs and effectiveness
∎ Ensuring all statutory requirements are fully met by the Managing Director's office
∎ Any other job assigned by MD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) both in Bangle and English
∎ Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
∎ Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure
∎ Should be flexible for taking any other tasks to be assigned by the Managing Director.
∎ Ability to operate Internet, Browsing and online communication.
∎ Must have typing speed 35 and 20 wpm in English and Bengali respectively.
∎ Ability to take dictation both in English and Bengali.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills especially in English language are essential.
∎ Should have very good Interpersonal Skills.
