∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct all secretarial tasks such as preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc.
∎ Daily check all corresponding of MD, important mail and inform timely
∎ Take administrative measure required by MD. Correspond and coordinate with other departments and outside agencies.
∎ To prepare all report, presentation and documents as required by the MD.
∎ To carry various assignments as instructed by the MD.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
∎ Have to ensure all types of Secretarial jobs to the top management directly as a PS to MD.
∎ To ensure filing, records and database of personal and business documents of MD.
∎ Maintain a good flow of internal and external communication.
∎ Maintain event/meeting calendar of MD.
∎ Receive personal call and filter telephone calls on behalf of MD.
∎ To deal with all correspondence related to Honorable MD.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
∎ Fully computer literate and good command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing.
∎ Any applications without related experience will get Preference.
∎ Applicant must have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
