∎ BBA/Honors, MBA/Masters in any discipline.
∎ (PGD in Secretarial Science will be given preference).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate minutes, prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
∎ To draft letters and Translating documents as & when needed.
∎ To accumulate various reports from different sections and departments of the organization as directed.
∎ To update files, records and database of personal and business documents of Director.
∎ Maintain a good flow of internal and external communication.
∎ Maintain event, meeting, calendar/ schedule of Director.
∎ Receive internal calls and filter telephone calls on behalf of MD.
∎ To deal with all correspondence related to Director.
∎ Make foreign correspondence (Passport/Visa/Tickets/Residence, others...) for Director in case necessary.
∎ All types of Secretarial jobs to the top management directly as a PS to Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 years experience in relevant field.
∎ For deserving candidates age limit may be relaxed
∎ Experience Requirement: Preference will be given to an experienced individual as a Personal Secretary of Director of a Hospital or Administrative Officer of a Hospital.
∎ Retired persons are encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
∎ Good command over MS Office, Email correspondences and internet browsing.
∎ Excellent oral & written communication skills both in English & Bangla.
