Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver consultancy/counseling to individuals or group of clients
∎ Support chairman in the documentation, archiving, and schedules.
∎ Ensure filing, dealing with incoming email, mailing on different issues to others according to the order of chairman
∎ Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
∎ Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
∎ Conduct a market survey, data collection, and prepare report for the management.
∎ Answer potential client's questions about facility and amenities.
∎ Deal with customer complaints or issues.
∎ Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
∎ Assist in vendor relationship management.
∎ To carry out any other special project as and when assigned by the chairman
∎ from time to time.
∎ Visit or attend our business points alone and with office stuff's
∎ Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office application is a must.
∎ Should have excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and for long period of time.
∎ Must able to write proposals
∎ Must be able to produce power points
∎ Must have experience and skills with social media
∎ Must have some experience or knowledge about event management
∎ Must know about meeting procedures and be able to take minutes
∎ Must be able to write business letters
∎ Must be able to prioritise and keep to a schedule.
∎ Must be able to meet deadlines
∎ Must be well groomed
∎ Must have self confidence with a very smart look
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Effective Communication, Document Processing, Secretary, Business Development, Computer skill, Excellent English, Good communication skills, Relationship Management, Report Writing
∎ To maintain all schedules of honorable chairman and ensure all appointments & meeting updates.
∎ To respond in certain mails, typing up various documents in Bengali & English.
∎ To responsible for let know honorable MD of necessary information, as and when required.
∎ To contact with related Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any official program for the MD.
∎ Must be well spoken in English reading and quality report writing.
∎ To arrange payment of different bills of MD.
∎ Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact nos. etc.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the chairman
