Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly report to the MANAGING DIRECTOR regarding ongoing daily official issues time to time.
∎ Maintain the schedules and diary of the Honorable MANAGING DIRECTOR and ensure all appointments and meetings are updated.
∎ Provide secretarial & administrative support to MANAGING DIRECTOR.
∎ Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MANAGING DIRECTOR.
∎ Ensure guests meeting with the MANAGING DIRECTOR are well taken care of properly.
∎ Maintain MANAGING DIRECTOR's travel itinerary with the necessary logistics arrangement.
∎ Ability to deal all high-level correspondence & communications of the company and maintain integrity strictly towards the information.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ Must be smart and well-groomed with pleasant personality.
∎ Well conversant with computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
∎ Strong writing skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Polished Communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
