Job Responsibilities:
∎ she needs to process a proactive attitude with the ability to act with good judgment and common sense on a day to day basis regarding assigned and duties.
∎ He/she needs to maintain a high level of confidentiality in respect of the information.
∎ Advice and guide clients regarding area/ regions. Where Bangla Bizz is operating.
∎ Ensure the clients receive best customer service and suggestions as per Managements prescribed guidelines on immigration & processing.
∎ Deliver consultancy/counseling to individuals or group of clients
∎ Maintain the schedules of the Management Team/Director and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
∎ Will be responsible to inform and remind the necessary information, as and when required.
∎ Will be responsible for composing letters and correspondence in a professional and accurate manner/report compiling & give feedback to management.
∎ Support Management/Director in the documentation, archiving, and schedules.
∎ Ensure filing, dealing with incoming email, mailing on different issues to others according to the order of Management/Director.
∎ Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
∎ Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
∎ Make foreign corresponding(Passport/Visa/Tickets/Residence, others...) to any international delegates as per management requirement.
∎ Conduct a market survey, data collection, and prepare report for the management.
∎ Answer potential client's questions about facility and amenities.
∎ Deal with customer complaints or issues.
∎ Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
∎ Assist in vendor relationship management.
∎ To carry out any other special project as and when assigned by the Management/Director from time to time.
