Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA major in Management/ HRM from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the Chairman and often liaise with Departmental Heads of the Company.
∎ Overall responsible for day to day Secretarial Jobs at Chairman's desk with dignity & maintain confidentiality.
∎ Drafting letter, correspondence, proposals, speech etc. for Chairman both in Bangla and English as needed.
∎ Maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
∎ Prepare correspondence, business reports and presentations as required.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements within and outside the country.
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
∎ Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
∎ Communicate with Govt. & Private Agencies and higher official persons of the country.
∎ Screening phone calls, enquirers and requests and handling them when needed.
∎ Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
∎ Preserve all confidential files and documents.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other Departments as per requirement.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Maintaining privacy, secrecy as well as maintain official norms and principle.
∎ Make commercial correspondence and should have knowledge about LC, PI, Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading etc.
∎ Should be flexible for taking any other tasks to be assigned by the Chairman.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years' experience as Personal Secretary to Company Secretary/ Director/ Managing Director of any Industrial Organization.
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation).
∎ Ability to operate Internet, Browsing and online communication.
∎ Must have typing speed 35 and 20 wpm in English and Bengali respectively.
∎ Ability to take dictation both in English and Bengali.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills especially in English language are essential.
∎ Should have very good Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Candidate should be smart, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic.
