∎ However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Personal Secretary, directly reporting to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate and/or lead in administrative activities.
∎ Calendar management for senior management - scheduling of meetings.
∎ Manage travel arrangements, travel visa and hotel arrangements for the CEO.
∎ Prepare correspondences, organize meetings, conferences & development of presentations.
∎ Organize and coordinate key workshops and meetings including overseas venues for meetings.
∎ Other administrative tasks as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ The flexibility to work additional/out hours as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
∎ Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and a structured approach to work.
∎ Stakeholder management abilities.
∎ Entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
∎ You have to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
