Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform a wide variety of confidential administrative and secretarial duties
∎ Serve as a first point of contact for the Chaiman, handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence and phone calls.
∎ Monitor, screen, respond and distribute incoming communications
∎ Manage Chairmans’s daily, weekly & yearly calendar and organizing his meetings and appointments
∎ Maintaining records & filing for ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
∎ Record and distribute minutes of meetings
∎ Monitor office stationary supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
∎ Issuing visiting card, ID card, official envelopes, letterheads etc.
∎ Performing any other responsibility as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communication, with proficiency in English & Bangla
∎ Willingness to carry out administrative tasks
∎ Discretion and trustworthiness
∎ Good understanding of banking standards, products and services
∎ Must have good handwriting and speaking style in Bengali
