Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline. Students from A level/O level /English medium will be given preference.
∎ Bachelor/Masters' Degree in Management/Customer Relationship from any reputed University.
∎ Bachelor/Masters' Degree in Public Administration from any reputed University.
∎ The University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, Khulna University, and University of Chittagong students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides support to Managing Director in delivering overall strategic objectives
∎ Provides administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence, and prioritizing emails for the Managing Director
∎ Coordinate, attend and take minutes for Managing Director's meetings as well as other relevant meetings
∎ Produces reports for Managing Director as and when required
∎ Provides administrative services to field offices such as responding to queries, issuing memos, and following up on Managing Director requests
∎ Communicates with the concerned govt. & private agencies and higher officials and business partners as required
∎ Coordinates with management team & other departments as per requirement
∎ Follow-up actions on pending/essential issues.
∎ Provide oversight, coordination, and support to the Chief of Staff on various projects in a fast-paced, project-based, business, and family office environment.
∎ Manage various aspects of logistics of business and personal calendaring (multiple time zones) & event planning. Events consist of small events to moderate business events and large-scale business and/or philanthropic events.
∎ Coordinate transportation arrangements, from personal to large event arrangements utilizing experience in personal ground, aviation, and yacht reservations.
∎ Manage multiple expense accounts reporting through Concur, and manage multiple corporate credit cards.
∎ Proactively ensure timely communication to residential team members and office teams.
∎ Provide oversight and coordination for the scheduling and hosting of Zooms and various video meeting platform meetings.
∎ Liaise with technology support to schedule team rollouts, troubleshooting, compliance.
∎ Assist with virtual and paper file organization and archiving, inventory management, contact updates, mailing list removal, domestic and international client support, online-based client assistance, membership renewals, and more.
∎ Additional responsibilities and/or special projects as requested.

∎ Mac usage/experience required and proficiency in MS Outlook & MS Suite, Google Docs, Adobe, Salesforce, Concur, Dropbox and cloud-based file systems
∎ Must drive and have own transportation
∎ Event/ Campaign Coordination, Leadership, and Good Communication skill, Management Coordinator, Project Management.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
