∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of Managing Director including appointments, meetings and travel.
∎ Responsible for organizing of external meetings on behalf of the Managing Director ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting time/date/location, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
∎ Provide executive and administrative support to managing director.
∎ Responsible for organizing Managing Director travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling locally & internationally.
∎ Monitor and respond to incoming communications including phone calls, emails.
∎ Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the Managing Director, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming location. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to meeting attendees if required.
∎ Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the Managing Director.
∎ Maintaining Managing Director's relationship with delegates/potential VIP'S.
