Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master Degree in any discipline (preferably students from DU, BRAC, NSU, AIUB, and EWU) or any other reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls and E-mail.
∎ Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
∎ Write letters, proposals time to time.
∎ Ensure filing, mailing, drafting on different issues of the company.
∎ Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact nos. etc.
∎ Responsible for informing the honorable Chairperson regarding necessary information, as and when required.
∎ To communicate with different national & international business personnel.
∎ To contact with related Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any official program for the company.
∎ To arrange & maintain all domestic & foreign schedules, appointments & travel arrangements.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality in respect of the information and project of the company is crucial.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the Chairperson from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Should have excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills are required for both internal & external communication.
∎ Must be from English medium background
∎ Decent attire is expected.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office application is a must.
∎ Ability to teach students will be added as an advantage.
Salary:
∎ 18,000 to 25,000 (depending on your competency)
