Position: Executive Sales Officer
Location: Tangail Area
Industry: Agro Feed / FMCG Sector

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Executive Sales Officer for the Tangail area. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and retailers.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 17,000 – 25,000 (Based on interview)

• TA/DA: As per company policy

• Incentive & Commission: Applicable based on performance

• Performance Bonus: As per company policy

• Other Facilities: According to company policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers

• Explore new market opportunities and expand distribution channels

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Ensure timely collection of payments

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Experience in FMCG sector will be given preference

• Experience in Agro Feed sector will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
