Role Summary: A unique hybrid role combining executive support with hands-on AI-powered digital marketing. You will act as a strategic right hand to leadership while directly managing content operations, paid social campaigns, funnel automation, and analytics—using AI tools to drive measurable growth and revenue.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide executive assistance (calendar, email, task management).

Run AI-assisted content creation (scripts, hooks, editing) and manage social calendars.

Execute and monitor paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Build and optimize automated funnels (landing pages, chatbots, email/SMS sequences).

Track performance (GA4, pixels, UTMs) and report on KPIs like leads, cost per lead, and ROAS.

Conduct weekly growth experiments and document processes/SOPs.

Coordinate between creative teams and external partners.

Must-Have Qualifications: 2+ years in digital marketing/growth with proven results.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, funnel tools, and automation (Zapier/Make, chatbots).

Strong copywriting and analytical skills.

Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut) for content and workflow acceleration.

Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
