Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To participate in all key meetings and coordinate to arrange a meeting on time.
∎ Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and to circulate among all stakeholders/participants.
∎ Plan calendar of Director including meetings, visits, and events, make sure time has been given to all stakeholders, if required to reschedule.
∎ Coordinate and monitor Corporate office administration.
∎ Assist Director in documentations and file indexing.
∎ Documentation preparation.
∎ Official Email sent as per requirement
∎ To maintain coordination among different business divisions & departments of the company & report to the company.
∎ Any other assignment or tasks are given by the Management as & when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Office Manager, Personal Secretary

∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sharp Knowledge in manage personal Facebook page, Regular Facebook post, Facebook browsing, Comments reply
∎ Mandatory: Proficiency in MS-Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet usage and overall computer literacy.
