Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Companies, limited companies, Manufacturing, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary, proprietorship

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage MD's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
∎ Responsible for drafting letters (English & Bangla), memos and other documents & maintain official files of MD.
∎ Responsible for managing email communication when directed by MD.
∎ Responsible to inform and remind the MD of necessary information as and when required.
∎ Ensure the visa processing, ticketing, hotel reservation & any other tasks related to foreign tour.
∎ Maintain contact with related Government and Non-Govt. offices for any official program that the MD is involved with.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the MD/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be well-presented and maintain strong personal hygiene.
∎ Candidate must be able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have excellent typing skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Hard-working & energetic.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Good Expertise in computer knowledge (Especially MS Excel, and Word)
∎ Should have a positive attitude.
