∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ • Experience in PCB design, including hands-on experience with layout tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
∎ • Strong knowledge of electronics, components, and PCB manufacturing processes.
∎ • Experience in schematic design, component selection, and optimization techniques.
∎ • Familiarity with multi-layer PCB design, signal integrity, and thermal management.
∎ • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex PCB designs.
∎ • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on quality.
∎ • Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ • Experience in embedded systems and knowledge of hardware integration is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position Overview:
∎ As a PCB Designer at AITL, you will be responsible for designing high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for a variety of industrial and automation systems. You will work closely with hardware engineers and the product development team to create optimized designs, ensuring high reliability and performance of the final products. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Design and develop schematic diagrams and PCB layouts for embedded systems and electronic products.
∎ • Work with hardware engineers to ensure the design meets functional and technical specifications.
∎ • Perform detailed PCB routing, component placement, and optimization for signal integrity and thermal management.
∎ • Collaborate with the testing team to validate PCB designs and perform debugging and troubleshooting.
∎ • Create and maintain accurate design documentation, including layout files, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly drawings.
∎ • Utilize industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) to create high-quality designs.
∎ • Perform design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to ensure compliance with design specifications.
∎ • Participate in the prototyping process and assist in evaluating and testing PCB prototypes.
∎ • Support the production team with the transition from design to manufacturing.
