Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Eye Care Hospital (DECH) is a premium eye hospital in Bangladesh. The hospital provides Comprehensive Eye Check Up with super specialty services on Cataract and Phaco Surgery, Glaucoma, Vitreo-Retina, Cornea & External Disease, LASIK & Refractive Surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Orbit and Oculoplasty, Neuro-ophthalmology, Contact Lens, Ocular Trauma, Dry Eye etc. from 1999 to the people of Bangladesh.
∎ DECH is going to expand its services with quality. As such, DECH will recruit two Patients Care to increase the level of satisfaction of the patients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Patients Care Manager (PCM) will be responsible for managing OPD's team of patient care executives.
∎ This person will be accountable for the productivity of Patient Care Executives in the team.
∎ Work closely with each patient care executive in the team and ensure they fully cover the department and engage every patient/caregiver visiting the hospital.
∎ Will work to reduce the waiting time of the OPD.
∎ Monitor the appointment system of the patients.
∎ Work closely with other staff in the hospital to ensure patient movement and engagement by the team is seamless and without any hindrance/inconvenience to the patient.
∎ Manage staffing and team members roster to optimize the performance & delivery fully and also manage peak hour demand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Salary: Negotiable
