Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support through Phone, IT Enabled services
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound and Outbound Calls
∎ Patient Handling and Understanding patient queries by taking notes.
∎ Computer Literate: Fast typing skills, Competent in MS Office Products (Word, Excel)
∎ We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated & dedicated People.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Excellent communication skills,
∎ Ability to follow protocols,
∎ Identify emergency situations requiring 999 (Emergency services) etc.
∎ Willing to learn

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must own laptop.
∎ Maintain Confidentiality.
∎ Minimum Graduate, A Level, O Level, IELTS good score.
∎ Must be skilled in English and Bangla (both in writing and speaking).
∎ Education Qualifications will be flexible if candidates have the confidence/skills to conduct this job.
∎ Patient Handling, Fast typing skills, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Good telephone manner, polite and courteous

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
