Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed institution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise teams who are responsible for patient care.
∎ Give instruction to teams regarding patient care.
∎ Monitor all the service points where patients get service.
∎ Ensure that the service to the patient is properly maintained and up to the standard.
∎ Maintain communication among doctors, patients, and other healthcare teams for best patient service.
∎ Maintain cleanliness of the hospital through designated teams.
∎ Ensure all the services for patient care such as electricity, ward bed, foods, etc by coordinating with concerned departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate with experience will be given preference.
∎ In the case of experience; age and education status can be considered.
∎ Working Hour: 12 hours (Shifting duty)
