Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Support & Engagement: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing necessary support.
∎ Feedback Collection & Analysis: Gather customer feedback, analyze patterns, and provide insights to improve services.
∎ Onboarding Assistance: Help new clients navigate our services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.
∎ Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience through improved processes and service strategies.
∎ Order management: Manage new orders and maintain recent clients' orders experience.
∎ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions and create reports on client satisfaction and concerns.
