Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare high-quality milk tea, ice cream, and tea beverages following company recipes and standards.
Operate the cash register, process customer billing (cash/digital payments), and issue receipts accurately.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and balance billing reports at the end of each shift.
Organize raw materials, stock, cups, packaging, and store supplies efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies or stock are running low.
Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and assist with menu recommendations.
Address customer queries and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Maintain strict cleanliness across counter areas, prep stations, equipment, and customer seating areas.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and sanitization guidelines at all times.
Coordinate smoothly with fellow shift staff to handle peak customer hours.
Ensure seamless shift handover and maintain communication with management.

Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM / 2 PM – 11 PM (Two Shifts)
Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 BDT
