Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: Manager- Call Center
∎ The postholder will generate revenue by following up on pre-identified leads. The person will make outbound calls to the patient/Caregiver and help them by suggesting and offering the value-added service provided by Labaid. This person should demonstrate compassion and empathy to comfort the patient and encourage them to avail necessary procedures & medication to improve their quality of life. (Late Morning Shift: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting patients over the phone (outbound calls) & providing help and advice basis patients’ health summaries and the instructions given.
∎ Show utmost empathy and compassion to the patient while offering to discuss their health conditions and offering them suitable service/procedure to improve their quality of life.
∎ Describe the service offered by Labaid Healthcare and explain the benefit to the patients that would help improve the patient’s quality of life.
∎ Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the patients’/Caregiver and follow-up on previous discussions, if any.
∎ Monitor the services delivered to patients when they visit the hospital.
∎ Generate revenue by offering the services offered by Labaid Healthcare and meet/exceed monthly targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a patient-facing (sales/Service) role in any healthcare organization.
∎ Experience of working in a BPO organization will be an advantage.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
