Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Duty Roster of Ophthalmic Technicians & Nurses. Ensure special service to all OT Patients
∎ Motivate & Proper counseling to all OPD & IPD Patients
∎ Lead the total team of OT/ OPD/ IPD Nurses, Ophthalmic Technicians effectively to ensure smooth patient Care Service
∎ Monitor Cabin Nurses Duty for OT patients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ 5/10 years of experience providing surgical assistance as an ophthalmic Surgical Technician. At least 3 years experience assisting with Cataract, Glaucoma, and Retina Surgery * 3 years of experience supervising in an ophthalmic environment experience working with standard and surgical ophthalmic equipment and supplies in support of providing surgical assistance*Knowledge of procedures and regulations specific to the assessment and care of patients. Knowledge of Sterile technique and infection control process. Experience as OT in Charge in any Leading Eye Hospital, well known to all type of OT equipment, instrument, autoclave, etc may also be preferred and definitely capable to lead a team of OT/ OPD/ IPD staff and must be able to motivate all OPD, IPD patient,

∎ Excellent verbal and writtent communication skills necessary to communicate with all level of staff and a patient population composed of diverse cultures and age groups.*Demonstrates analytical and organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking and conflict management / resolution skills.Smart, Hard Working, Ready to take Challenge.
∎ Have the ability to work decently
∎ Problem solving and decision making skills
∎ Ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations. Minimum HSC with practical working experience as OT in Charge in any Leading Eye Hospital, well known to all type of OT equipment, OT disposables, instrument, autoclave and definitely capable to lead a team of OT / OPD / IPD ,motivate all OPD, IPD patient, Maintain Duty Roster of Ophthalmic Technicians & Nurses
