∎ ভদ্র, বিনয়ী ও ভালো ব্যবহারসম্পন্ন।
∎ কর্মঠ, দায়িত্ববান ও সব কাজে উৎসাহী।
∎ সুপরিচিত পোশাকে উপস্থিত হতে পারদর্শী।
∎ অনলাইন তথ্য সংরক্ষণ (যেমনঃ গুগল শিট/ফর্ম) বুঝতে সক্ষম হওয়া।
∎ নতুন কিছু শেখার আগ্রহ এবং দলের সাথে মিল রেখে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকা।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ রিসেপশনে আগত অতিথিদের আন্তরিকভাবে স্বাগত জানানো।
∎ অফিসের কর্মকর্তা ও অতিথিদের চা/কফি/লাঞ্চ পরিবেশন।
∎ অফিসের ডেস্ক, কম্পিউটার, আসবাবপত্র এবং অন্যান্য সম্পদ পরিষ্কার রাখা।
∎ নথিপত্র ও ডকুমেন্ট অফিসের একস্থান থেকে অন্যস্থানে পৌঁছে দেওয়া, ব্যাংকে যাতায়াত এবং ঊর্ধ্বতনদের নির্ধারিত কাজ সম্পাদন।
∎ অফিসের যেকোনো মেরামত বা রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ কাজ তদারকি করা এবং প্রয়োজনে ইলেকট্রিশিয়ানকে সহায়তা করা।
∎ অফিস প্রাঙ্গণ পরিছন্ন ও সুশৃঙ্খলভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ চলমান কোনো প্রজেক্টে প্রয়োজনে সহায়তা করা।
∎ কেনাকাটা সংক্রান্ত কাজ করা এবং তার সঠিক হিসাব ও ডকুমেন্টেশন সংরক্ষণ করা।গুগল শিট, গুগল ফর্ম বা অন্যান্য অনলাইন টুল ব্যবহারে প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকা এবং তথ্য সংরক্ষণে সহায়তা করা।
