Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consulting with patients and analyzing patient data to determine patient needs and treatment goals.
∎ Examining patients to diagnose bone, joint, ligament, or other musculoskeletal problems, includingdiseases, or injuries.
∎ Performing surgical procedures on various parts of the musculoskeletal system, including platingbroken bones, reattaching tendons and ligaments.
∎ Creating and managing patient treatment plans
∎ Observing patient outcomes-recommending changes to the treatment plan as necessary
∎ Documenting all aspects of the patient experience
∎ Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of treatment
