∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Diploma in Medical Technology, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ 4 Year Medical Assistant Course/ Ophthalmic Assistant Course Certificate
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Medical Diploma,BSc in Pharmacy
∎ Training/Trade Course: Surgical Counseling Trained Up from Any Eye Hospital,Ophthalmic Assistant Course completed
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, team work

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with relevant OPD & IPD patient in order to assure the growth and development of the business for long term maintenance.
∎ DECH is seeking Ophth. Counselor for a leading world class eye hospital who will select Premium OT package for ensuring the precision & betterment of the surgical patient
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure special service to all OT Patients
∎ Motivate & Proper counseling to all OPD & IPD Patients
∎ Monitor Cabin Nurses Duty for OT patients
∎ Daily Task Distribution of all counselors ,monitoring Target of OT Patients and task quality of team members.
∎ Preparing Roster of team members
∎ Collect customers (Patients)feedback, increase Facebook liking, Videography of surgical patients(Phaco / Lasik)
∎ Perform multitasking job duties in under pressure
∎ Receive and make call to the customers
∎ Conducting training for new joiners in counseling Dept. when required
∎ Leading,Guiding,and overall management of the team members of the self-assigned dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum Graduate with practical working experience as Eye Hospital OT patient Counselor or Patient Counselor in any Leading Eye Hospital.
Salary:
