Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 5 to 6 Years Practical Experience in Real Estate Sector Only

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to practical experience in operation, routine check and maintenance work of Lift, Escalator, AVR with electrification work.
∎ Have to experience in Electrical and Mechanical side maintenance work of Lift, Escalator.
∎ Strong capability to find out defective issue of electromechanical items.
∎ Register and Log Book maintain for documentation work (maintenance, spare parts consumption and technical status etc.).
∎ To keep clean of electromechanical item with room as daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Practical experience to operation of tools and register maintains as required.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency.
∎ Knowledge of safety for electrical work.
∎ Effective communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ The applicants should have practical experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Installation/Erection, Planning, Service/support, Building Maintenance.
∎ The applicants should have practical experience in the following business area(s): Commercial Buildings, Real Estate/Development Companies only.
