∎ Age 20 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, coach, and supervise an on-site sales team focused on hitting ambitious sales targets.
∎ Track daily performance and implement quick strategies to overcome challenges.
∎ Maintain a positive, driven, and motivated sales floor atmosphere.
∎ Conduct team meetings and individual coaching sessions regularly
∎ Collaborate closely with management to align team goals with the company's growth objectives.
∎ Proven 2-3 years of experience in Operations Team Lead, managing and motivating on-site sales teams.
∎ Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and maintain high morale.
∎ Ability to analyze dialer data and pivot strategies to consistently meet targets.
∎ Hands-on, results-driven, organized leader who leads by example.
∎ Comfortable working exclusively from the office and managing a physical team of 15-20 agents.
∎ Experience in leading a team in an International call center is a must.
