Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. Education qualification can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years of practical experiences in the related field. Power plant engineering will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drives station and personnel towards operation and maintenance performance improvement through the use of training.
∎ Coordinates, and conducts performance-based training programs as required by operation staff.
∎ To train operation personnel for process emergencies and prepare them to act in case of emergency condition, review existing SOP's and improve process safety.
∎ Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from simple cycle and combined cycle commissioning experience.
∎ Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, and OJT environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
∎ Participates in internal and external management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
∎ Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high quality training.
∎ Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
∎ Respond to emergent training needs and performance issues.
∎ Coordinates, leads, and conducts training in the classroom and/ or laboratory for specified technical training programs
∎ Continuously pursues and maintains personal development, learning and qualifications to support plant Operations.
∎ Supports plant refueling outages and site Emergency Response Organization, as needed.
∎ To optimize plant process operations and add value.
∎ To support plant personnel in getting information from Chinese OEM and equipment suppliers on technical clarification, procurement of parts, warranty issues etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in Power Plant specially during the construction phase.
∎ Working experience in international enterprise is preferred.
∎ Good command of English and Mandarin both read and write.
∎ Good communication skills and teamwork with leadership
∎ Must take ownership is task allocated.
∎ Process good computer skills - MS office, AutoCAD.
∎ Honest, professional, strong sense of responsibility and strong enterprising spirit.
∎ Able to comply with rules and regulation impose by project.
