Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of Road2Study, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve performance.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to enhance productivity.
∎ Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards increasing student enrollments and grab new but related business opportunities.
∎ Lead customer engagement initiatives to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and any type of clients.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
∎ Organize and oversee events like admission days, seminars, and school outreach programs.
∎ Develop partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and stakeholders.
∎ Leverage digital and offline marketing channels to increase brand awareness and student enrollments.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
∎ Implement strategies to improve student support services and overall client experience.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and operational improvements.
∎ Supervise and support team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
∎ Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
∎ Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.Maintain accurate reports on financials, operational performance, and student enrollments.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business improvement.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar role (preferably in the education sector).
∎ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
∎ Role Overview:
∎ The Operations Manager/Assistant Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations at Road2Study, ensuring smooth workflow, managing marketing initiatives, and driving overall growth. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high-quality service and business success.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
