Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including booking travel
∎ arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounting, and HR to ensure smooth operation of the agency.
∎ Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and tour activities to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to the travel industry.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve performance.
∎ Manage and train staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to customers.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of necessary resources for travel services.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and addressing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of experience in travel agency operations management. Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and planning skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
∎ The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the travel agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality travel services.
