Combined Cycle Power Plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all operational activities of the plant like Gas turbines, boilers and steam turbine start up, shutdown, normal operations and emergency operations from control room.
∎ Maintain efficient safety according to company standards and achieve all plant operational goals and design plant budget for all company assets and capital expenditure plans for all short term and long term objectives.
∎ Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports, maintain records and compose correspondence as required.
∎ Preparing SOP for plant activities as well as for GT, STG, HRSG's.
∎ Familiar with plant control systems & Logics and able to handle the situations like station blackout, onsite & offsite emergency.
∎ Performance monitoring both ON line & OFF line of Gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, condenser and cooling towers.
∎ Provide training and evaluate working of all plant staff.
∎ Maintain a cost-effective production process by using only required amount of resources to achieve production target.
∎ Issue of permits through MAXIMO and liaison with inter departments in planning and scheduling day to day jobs and Maintenance activities.
∎ Daily generation recording, Report generation, Analyzing, planning through computerized network and corrective / preventive action if needed. Operation of Pre-treatment plant, De-mineralization plant, cooling tower and other utilities to maintain water quality.

∎ Age 35 to 42 years
