∎ Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
∎ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
∎ Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and discrepancies.
∎ 2. Logistics & Supply Chain Management
∎ Manage relationships with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
∎ Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively.
∎ 3. Customer Service & Satisfaction
∎ Ensure a smooth customer experience by managing returns, refunds, and complaints.
