Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at Awrah, you will oversee daily operational activities related to our modest fashion products, including Burkhas, Abayas, Hijabs, and Khimars.
Order Management: Monitor online orders, ensure order accuracy, and manage packing and dispatch.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and prevent stock discrepancies.
-Team Management: Assign tasks, supervise staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
-Production & Quality Control: Coordinate production and ensure product quality, sizing, stitching, and finishing meet company standards.
-Courier Coordination: Monitor deliveries, resolve courier issues, and manage returned parcels.
-Daily Operations & Reporting: Monitor daily activities, solve operational issues, and report updates to management.
Note: This is a hands-on role that requires both managing the team and actively participating in daily operations.
