∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Project Management, Facilitation, Patient Care, Customer Service, MS Office, Beautician, Presentation skill, Documentation and Basic Life Support

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including overall development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
∎ Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
∎ Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
∎ Work closely with doctors, management and others stuffs to ensure the daily activities
∎ Oversee materials and inventory
∎ Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 years' experience in managing the overall operations of business units, branches. Experience in the field of health care/ Clinic/Hospital business will be given preference.
∎ Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, analytical skills, self- organizing capacity. Open to ideas and contributions from others.
∎ Strong skills in budget development and oversight
∎ Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation process.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
