Job Context:
∎ Job Status: Fulltime
∎ Working Days: Saturday through Thursday
∎ Working Hours: 10.00 am- 8.00 pm
∎ Job Location: House#70/71, Road#3, Janata Housing, Ringroad, Shyamoli, Dhaka-1207
∎ The candidate must have a mentality of long term service. Knowledge in marketing and content creation will get prioritized.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and monitoring employee schedules.
∎ Responsible for meeting the set targets and handing over completed projects from different departments. (Marketing, Sales, Content Creation)
∎ Building a smooth coordination between marketing team and content creators team.
∎ Planning and assigning required tasks to both teams according to the set target.
∎ Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Reliable with patience and professionalism.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Assessing department wise performance and taking necessary steps to ensure company growth.
∎ Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency
∎ Establishing corporate guidelines and carrying out frequent changes while ignoring workflow and procedure
∎ Monitoring the overall budget of the business as well as departmental budgets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
