Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Eye Care Hospital (DECH) provides Comprehensive Eye Care Services, speciality services in Cataract and Phaco Surgery, Glaucoma, Vitreo-Retina, Cornea and External Disease, LASIK and refractive Surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Orbit and Oculoplasty, Neuro-ophthalmology, Contact Lens, Ocular Trauma, Dry Eye, etc. from 1999.
∎ The Operations Manager has to ensure smooth patient flow, smooth workflow for the staff, minimize patient waiting time, service quality, patient satisfaction, etc. at OPD/IPD.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Operations Manager will be responsible for
∎ - Managing OPD's/IPD's team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
∎ - Work closely with each clinical and non-clinical staff.
∎ - Reducing the waiting time of the OPD.
∎ - Monitoring the appointment system of the patients.
∎ - Ensuring smooth patient flow
∎ - Ensuring smooth workflow for the staff
∎ - Maintaining service quality,
∎ - Increasing patient satisfaction, etc. at OPD/IPD.
∎ - Work closely with other staff in the hospital to ensure patient movement and engagement by the team is seamless and without any hindrance/inconvenience to the patient.
∎ - Manage staffing and team members roster to optimize the performance & delivery fully and manage peak hour demand.
∎ This person will be accountable for the team's productivity of Patient Care Executives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The person who works in an eye hospital will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
