Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering /Mechanical Engineering [Public University Preferable]

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth operation of the machineries in production process.
∎ Setting efficient and appropriate manpower in the in production process.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of the machineries/ equipments at workplace.
∎ Ensuring uninterrupted production as per production schedule.
∎ Ensuring availability of accessories needed to operate the machines.
∎ Ensuring minimal level of wastage and highest productivity.
∎ Setting and striving to maintain the quality standards.
∎ Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years of experience. However, candidates with experience in Construction steel/ Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industry may apply.
∎ Effective ability to communicate in English orally or in written form efficiently with Management & Customers.
