Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level/ Graduation.

Job Context:
∎ Night Shift.
∎ Job Timing Night Shift 8pm to 5am Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interacting with customers over the phone and convince them to render our products and services.
∎ Talk to the customers over the phone for our products and services.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Make an appointment as per customer requirement.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Excellent negotiation skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude and self motivated.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales bonus is rewarded for the best performance of the month along with attendance bonus.
