∎ Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, people management, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as ERP systems and export documentation software.
∎ Knowledge of: International trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
∎ Implement operational policies and manage standard procedures.
∎ Coordinate with medical, lab, and support staff to streamline workflows.
∎ Monitor supply chains and inventory.
∎ Solve operational issues and enhance service quality.
∎ Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members.
∎ Set clear performance goals and track progress toward achieving them.
∎ Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts.
∎ Monitor key financial metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and sales costs.
∎ Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
∎ Lead and motivate the team of professionals, including sales managers, marketing staff, and logistics personnel.
