Summary of Responsibilities Included in the Document:

1. Production & Milling Oversight: Maximizing milling yields and minimizing broken grains.

2. Quality Control & Fortification Compliance: Managing precise Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) blending according to WFP and government guidelines.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Implementing strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols and optimizing stack space.

4. Fumigation & Pest Control: Protecting grain stocks from weevils, moisture, and pests.

5. Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinating timely truck dispatches and managing weighbridge/gate documents.

6. Machine Maintenance: Scheduling servicing for color sorters, hullers, and packaging units to prevent downtime.

7. Workforce Safety: Supervisions of labor shifts and ensuring mandatory safety gear (masks/boots).

8. Cost Control: Tracking and reducing processing losses, electricity, and fuel usage.

9. Audit Readiness: Keeping meticulous traceability logs for sudden WFP/government inspections.

10. Data Logging & Tech Integration: Using computers/ERP software to track daily milling yields and inventory.
