Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking eta/ berthing of import containers daily.
∎ Sending import status to clients with pre plan of delivery exposure.
∎ Planning of import container with vision of having no port warfront charges and unnecessary agent charges.
∎ Data base of shipping agent phone numbers & address with detention slab sheet to identify the cost of detention.
∎ Cost minimization strategy Of unwanted Cost and finding solutions
∎ Export follow up with vision to have to vehicle detention charges
∎ Bookkeeping of all custom related documents.
∎ Asycoda expert with sro knowledge of dutiable & non dutiable items
∎ Email correspondence with clients.
∎ Building custom relationship and lease to expedite file processing.
∎ Leading export & import team leaders' assistant with efficiency.
∎ Month and end-year process.
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Of course, there will be a lot of experience about Export / Import / Commercial ( Minimum 10 years)
∎ Experience in accounting Software.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Strong in English communication skills.
∎ Strong in Microsoft Office.
