Job Context:
∎ MAACBUY.com is an e-commerce (mainly Fish, meat, Grocery etc.) company located in Chittagong Looking for experienced operation manger to oversee over all operation related to procurement, supply chain, processing, packaging & delivery.
∎ Experienced & knowledge in E-commerce operation is a preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle daily operation and ensure to maintain hygiene & quality of goods processing, packaging & delivery.
∎ Ability to lead the processing, operation & delivery team.
∎ Motivate and monitor team to continually improve their performance
∎ Manage and supervise the company's Agro farm projects located in same area of the processing centre and others relevant to the e-commerce business.
∎ Liaison with all type of product suppliers/ vendors/Co. etc
∎ Solve any ad hoc issues that arise during delivery operations time.
∎ Manage order as per invoices and ensure delivery on time.
∎ Manage Inventory and delivery orders and update in the system.
∎ Report hourly/daily/weekly/monthly sales status to the Management and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per customers' specifications.
∎ Others duty will be assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to start work from the early morning and 7 days a week.
∎ At least 3 year(s) previous experience in relevant field.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Internet operation.
∎ Have a good knowledge in quality control.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Operation, Leadership.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
