Job Responsibilities:
∎ The interested applicant has to look after the Sales & Marketing, Finance & Commercial, Logistics & Administration including Inventory Management and overall Floor & People Management of the Showroom.
∎ Set strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives.
∎ Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Management to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the company to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all executives are clearly defined and understood.
∎ To monitor Showroom operation with quality, loss assessment of product & working hour, overall efficiency vs productivity of the staffs.
∎ Analyze training needs, develop and coordinate training/orientation scheme in the Showroom.
∎ Maintain good professional relationship with the Customers, Vendors, Local Administrative & other Government Bodies.
∎ To identify poor performing workers/staffs, identify promising workers/staffs and apprise for action.
∎ Ensure the Sales Performance of whole year as per estimate.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
∎ Ensure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
∎ Business developments, meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently.
∎ Ensures quality client services are provided in a controlled, compliant, and highly efficient manner.
∎ Owns operational implications of cross-departmental project initiatives.
∎ Recommends policy changes for Management Approval.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to the Directors, Managing Director and Chairman accordingly.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Should have experience at least 10 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as "Manager - Operation" for 03 years in any renowned industry.
∎ Candidate having experience in Overall Management in any reputed industry would be given priority.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
