Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented operations executive to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers` questions, making travel suggestions, and booking trips.
∎ To be successful as a Operation Executive you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate trips, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
∎ Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to clients.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Deal with occurring travel problems, and complaints.
∎ Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
∎ informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
∎ establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
∎ forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
