∎ Manage and operate equipment to produce high-quality goods.
∎ Prepare and adjust machines before launching the production process.
∎ Observe and evaluate machines during operation to ensure excellent performance and quality standards.
∎ Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on machines to prevent failures and reduce downtime.
∎ Identify and solve problems with machinery as they occur.
∎ Coordinate and cooperate with other team members to plan production schedules and ensure prompt delivery of orders.
∎ Keep a tidy and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and regulations.
∎ Abide by all safety protocols and guidelines to avoid accidents and injuries.
